This channel is the official means to report, in a secure and confidential manner, any irregularity or regulatory non-compliance related to our organization, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with current regulations on the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, the user is hereby informed of their right to submit a communication either through this internal reporting channel or directly to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority or the competent Autonomous Community authority.
Whistleblower guarantees:
- Anonymity: You may submit your report completely anonymously.
- Confidentiality: Your identity and the data of third parties will be protected and encrypted.
- No retaliation: We guarantee full protection against any type of negative consequence for reporting in good faith.
- Follow-up: Once the report has been submitted, the system will provide you with a tracking code. Keep it to check the status of your communication and receive acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum period of 7 days.
